Ride this morning,usual off roader,1.5-2.0hrs.Seemed like hard work,it was hard work.Gut pushing against the waistband.I know I,ve put weight on,how much?I guessed 7lbs...spot on..... 13st 10lbs.Work to do ,hey ho. :wink:
