A couple of cafes/pubs local to me have similar.
Also found at most trail centres to stop muddy MTBers walking bikes into the bike hire place asking to just borrow [tool]...
Second the comment above about motorway services - they're very useful places for cyclists. Open 24/7, toilets (and often showers), always hot food and drink available... You do get some weird looks when using them, most people don't know there's off-motorway access so they get very confused as to how you got there!
