Plenty of places in the real Wales (GB ;) ) have them, within sports centres and off road parks

A couple of cafes/pubs local to me have similar.

Also found at most trail centres to stop muddy MTBers walking bikes into the bike hire place asking to just borrow [tool]...

Second the comment above about motorway services - they're very useful places for cyclists. Open 24/7, toilets (and often showers), always hot food and drink available... You do get some weird looks when using them, most people don't know there's off-motorway access so they get very confused as to how you got there! 😂

Several Esso petrol stations have them installed.

At the last count:- Peugeot 531 pro, Dawes Discovery Tandem, Dawes Kingpin X3, Raleigh 20 stowaway X2, 1965 Moulton deluxe, Falcon K2 MTB dropped bar tourer, Rudge Bi frame folder, Longstaff trike conversion on a Giant XTC 840 :D
