Rannerdale - how do they do it?

Postby Greybeard » Sat Apr 25, 2009 5:22 pm

Yesterday afternoon (Friday) I ordered a couple of books from Rannerdale

They were on the doormat before 9.30 this morning - how's it done?
A first rate service and deserving of a public 'pat on the back'. Well done and thanks. :P

Ditto. I ordered the new Map that has all the cycle routes in the UK on it. Its very good, as Im cycling through Liverpool in July, I wanted to see if I can do this in cycle routes and hey presto I can.

But I digress, the map is sold by Rannerdale. I've had a problem on my bank account (its been hacked into AGAIN) so the bank declined the purchase (I was unaware of problem with bank at this time). I phoned Rannerdale following an email response and spoke to a really nice staff member who was very understanding. Got it all sorted, and the map was ordered on a Wednesday, and I got it by Friday and this is really fast for where I live, as we normally have to add 2 days extra as the post has to swim to get here.

Fabulous company, Im on their newsletter mailing list, I dont get junk, just about 4 good news letters a year telling me of new stuff, like teh above map.

Great or what!
