Last November my Gopro Hero 10 camera developed a serious fault and stopped working properly. It was out of guarantee but I contacted Customer Support to see if it could be fixed.
The support people were superbly professional and helpful. Unlike most 'support' departments who just hope you will go away, when I failed to reply to a query they took the trouble to remind me to get in touch.
I'm very impressed: Gopro cameras are not cheap, but the quality of the kit and the backup service are impressive.
