I had to buy a Sigma computer in Norway last summer when my beloved Bontrager ceased working. It was fine for a few months, then became very erratic. After a few emails, their customer service in Germany said send it back to them, providing their address. I sent it through our local post office ... and waited. Many, many weeks went by, I emailed them a couple of times, no response. Then about 3 weeks ago, Royal Mail dropped it back to me. Sigma had refused acceptance of it.
I have emailed them, and again just now, this time in German. I wonder if they hope I'll just give up and go away?
Has anybody else had any problems? I certainly won't touch them again after this.

Take or send it back to the retailer, it's their responsibility.
