Good idea, I'll try adding a few blackberries tomorrow as I have a surfeit. Purple porridge here we go. :D

Raw carrot, mixed nuts & raisins, and (Sainsbury's own brand) Weetabix.

It's getting a bit too cold for Weetabix now, it'll get switched for porridge when the packet runs out.

I've just had a very refreshing big bowl of fresh pineapple with Vanilla SKYR and a cup of coffee. I feel supercharged for my bike ride now even though it's only an indoor 30 minute sprint session not a long distance road challenge.

Asda Beef Bourguignon for lunch today with a thick slice of crusty bread to mop up all the gravy. Very nice.
