Overnight cooked porridge with honey and homemade yoghurt.

Homemade yoghurt? And added to oats?

That is my breakfast too with, this time of year, freshly picked raspberries.

Good idea, I'll try adding a few blackberries tomorrow as I have a surfeit. Purple porridge here we go.

Raw carrot, mixed nuts & raisins, and (Sainsbury's own brand) Weetabix.

It's getting a bit too cold for Weetabix now, it'll get switched for porridge when the packet runs out.

I've just had a very refreshing big bowl of fresh pineapple with Vanilla SKYR and a cup of coffee. I feel supercharged for my bike ride now even though it's only an indoor 30 minute sprint session not a long distance road challenge.

Asda Beef Bourguignon for lunch today with a thick slice of crusty bread to mop up all the gravy. Very nice.
