Notice the truck driver keeps on going afterwards as if nothing has happened.

His brake lights are on.Though he'll have taken a fair knock in the cab especially if he wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

Looks like a convoy of two vehicles, this is what happens when you drive too close and/or the first vehicle doesn't indicate they're overtaking. Whilst the second lorry tries to go a decent distance wide of the outer cyclist he massively overcooks it as well as times it perfectly to crash into the oncoming HGV.
