Is This The First Road Rage Death?

Do we think it was connected to the car or do we think it's to do with a deranged individual who happened to be driving a car at the time. Who knows?

I was once surprised to see an oldish chap who had pulled out in front of me a couple of hundred yards previously walking back towards me at the next set of traffic lights. He tapped on the window and said thank you for not being aggressive when he'd made an error a few moments earlier. Sobering reflection on our times I thought.

Maybe something similar happened but the other driver reacted differently, again who knows?
