I don't know the site.
I've just taken a look at a few of the local Kent routes, just the OS mapping as I don't use GPS.
There are numerous inaccuracies, mostly where NCN routes have had their alignments changed to follow a different course, you could still follow the route shown but you won't be following NCN signing on the ground. However there's a circular route shown where the two mapped ends don't meet by a few miles, I can't understand why .

Maybe because a circular route can confuse a GPS - it wants to take a shortcut?
