Is a cadence sensor worth it?

Hi,

Blimey...........mines 100 before I mount the bike..........what you on.........EPO............

Hi,
Sorry my bad................must of been in my mind.........................

90-95 that's interesting as that's quite high.

Have you ever tested yourself on a turbo with a wattage readout :?:

Like have you ever tried to turbo for an hour at that cadence :?:

That would be interesting for you, to see if you are more powerful at 90-95 than a lower cadence.
