Lorries

Post by brianleach »

A new one on me this lunchtime.

A Travis Perkins lorry is turning left in Central London and everyone is looking round. As I get alongside the vehicle I hear the following in the tone of "this vehicle is reversing". "Caution, this vehicle is turning left" on repeat presumable whilst the left turn indicator is on. I'm not quite sure what you do if it pulls up alongside you, presumably dismount and jump on to the pavement.

Has this been around for a while or is it a new development?

Think it's been mentioned before.

Needs to be played inside the cab as well though...
A shortcut has to be a challenge, otherwise it would just be the way. No situation is so dire that panic cannot make it worse.
There are two kinds of people in this world: those can extrapolate from incomplete data.
