Anyone been out in the snowy weather recently? I was out yesterday, didn't go far.
Was out last week whilst the snow was actually coming down.

Re: Snowy bike rides
So far this winter lasting snow hasn't happened in these parts, not even many frosts .
Probably because I fitted the studded tyres to the commuter in early December .

It was frosty this morning with a chilly brisk northerly wind.
Clear skies out there now, and it's forecast to be similar for next week.
No snow at all, thank goodness.

Not seen snow in the Vale of Glamorgan this winter.
Re: Snowy bike rides
I took my cross bike out for a wee urban spin tonight. About an inch or so of snow here in Aberdeen, but the ice was scary on side roads.

Finally got some.
That was in the morning. There was the tiniest bit left on the way home, probably all I'll see this winter.
