A ride too far

Post by Farawayvisions »

How far is a ride too far?
I found out when I upped my regular Sunday semi off road ride from 25-30 miles to a whopping 55 and then missed the ferry home.

yes but not from a bike ride - when I went to an interview and missed the last train. I had to sleep on a bench was winter/autumn time also. Not very pleasant . On bike rides I now take a bivvy bag and blow up pillow if I remember (lol)
