What is the "Local Authority response version" ?

Ian

The one where they go out and actually fix the hole.

Round here they've done the fixing OK when I've used FTH to report things in the past. I'll test out the new Android app as there are a couple that have appeared that I've been meaning to report.

My "local council" problem is that my rides variously cover 3 different authorities and appart from the fact that I'm unsure of the exact boundaries, none of them provide a app for reporting.

I have just used the android ap, I was not overly impressed as the location is very approximate.

Agreed to could take a photo of the hole but I added a more accurate location online.
The GPS location on my phone suggested the hole to be 200 metres from where it actually is.

Yep, me too. Perhaps HTC smart phones aren't up to date enough.
