Sixth sense

Sometimes one wonders about your "sixth sense"

Yesterday coming down through Cams Hall on the Gekko trike, the lights were red, and I looked in my mirror.

I just "felt" that the car behind was too fast and "not right" so I pulled into the slip and the Cams Hall estate.

I am so glad I listened to that feeling, as I f I had simply stopped at the lights......

Not sure about sixth sense but your post gives me a curious feeling of déjà vu  .
Only the truly enlightened know the sound of one pannier flapping.

It does come in useful, with varying results but never negative, unless it's not heeded.
The drying leaves begin to speak of summers end,
in preparation for golden days
All too soon the swallows will turn south for warmer climes
and another phase of endlessness begins......

Damned if you stop, squashed if you don't more like...
A shortcut has to be a challenge, otherwise it would just be the way.
No situation is so dire that panic cannot make it worse.
A good pun is it's own reword

Rode the WWC 2014 Raising money for Bliss. 11 hours 20 (including stops) no pushing.

Probably just that the driver wasn't planning on stopping for the light...
