Correct: well done. It's a picture of (well, I assume it's a picture of) the one we're familiar with, which extends for several miles just north of Orléans, and which was originally intended to extend all the way to Paris as part of a new high-speed levitated train network. The whole scheme was abandoned in the 1970s in favour of the TGV, and the structure now stands derelict.
I've only seen the track from below, so I don't know what state the upper surface is in, but you'd have to hone your jumping skills* if you wanted to try walking (or cycling) along it - there are gaps in the structure, partly where it has collapsed of its own accord, and partly where it's been demolished to make way for motorways and conventional railways.
Incidentally, a test section of this track features in the 1960s movie version of
Fahrenheit 451, directed by François Truffaut.
