There's not that many insurance companies, what's to stop someone public spirited forwarding a link to the video and the news reports? You could even pretend it's your own car and get a quote to see who might be cheapest.

Watching this was absolutely shocking. I was sickened by it.
Hope this driver gets his just deserts.

In a calm and monotone voice: "You have one chance to comply. Get in your car and drive away or I will end you."

Last used when a taxi driver decided to run a red ped/bike crossing light almost knocking me and a ped over, then beeped loudly as if we were in the wrong. And the rest went exactly as that video - him out of the car half a mile down the road, ranting and raving in a threatening way...

Of course anyone who beeps loudly in that sort of situation shows they're in the right - 1st rule of the road.
