I like this bit

But these trucks, which follow rules !quite rightly" laid down at European level, don't focus theier attentions on London - theymust presumably also travel into many other major cities in the UK , Europe and elsewhere. Do these other cities not have similar "Truck v. Cyclists" problems?

Perhaps some of the people who post video footage of incidents involving these vehicles might send copies of their productions to some of the barons involved in the debate.
