ride on bike carrier

I was in Halfords at the weekend, I notice they had a 4 bike ride on carrier for tow ball fitting. Has anyone tried one of these

OK so no one has the Halfords Rack Next question then anyone use Thule 9503 ride in carrier on Xsara Picasso. Can you tell me if the tilt is enough to open the tail gate ?
