Layback seatposts
Can someone tell me the distance from the centre line of the post to the centre of the clamp on seatposts like the Velo Orange Grand Cru Long Lay Back? My current seatpost meassures about 1" on that distance and I am looking to get my saddle back about another 1".
There is your way. There is my way. But there is no "the way".

One inch = 25.4mm.
Velo Orange quote 30.8mm set back.
Dia Compe Gran Comp doesn't give a figure, to my eye it looks similar.
SR MTE-100 is hard to beat in the layback stakes but also very, very hard to find.
