Hi,
The gall of it, he said that if it was 95 again he would still cheat.
But 2015 he would not.

He says it was not just him, it was his team, and the whole peleton, really? Ask Nicole Cooke what she thinks, just read her book, (well on my kindle), quite some story.
Cheers, Rob.

Would any cycle team ever employ him to ride or coach?

I would certainly recommend reading Tyler Hamilton's book 'The Secret Race' for some insight into the way things were

Maybe the winner should be innocent until proven guilty, so, whoever there is no evidence against, no-one would believe it though but it seems unfair for anyone who was racing clean to not be given the credit.

The most dishonest line isn't in that piece but is quoted here: "We all would have loved to have competed man on man, bread, water, naturally clean, whatever you want to call it."

No, Lance, some riders tried to compete clean and you helped destroy their career.

Spot on.
It's not just the doping,Armstrong is a nasty piece of work,a bully and destroyer of careers, that's the main issue for me.
On a personal level I've seen his sort and fought against them when I've come across them, all my life.
They are creeps who's ego's are bigger than Everest.
Detestable.

The real nasty thing for me about him is that he does not admit that he destroyed the lives of clean riders.

If he were to ride in Europe again. I would consider attending the event, just to push him off the bike or at least throw dog mess at him.

Armstong's “confession” and humiliating exit from the sport (at the hands of the USADA, lets not forget) presented the UCI with yet another in a long line of opportunities to clean up the sport.
When Brian Cookson replaced Pat McQuaid as head of the UCI hopes were high that this heralded a new era. Sadly the recent decision not to revoke Astana's World Tour Licence proves that it's business as usual. We now have the ultimate irony of Armstong criticising Cookson for that decision.

Are we in danger of nominating Armstrong as the fall guy so that we don't have worry too much about who else is guilty? There are lots of rumours about other riders from the same era. I'm not going to risk a letter from the libel lawyers by repeating the names, but think about some of the riders who's suddenly pull off extraordinary performances that didn't match previous form. Some of these guys are still involved in the sport and in influential roles.

Not I, at least the others from that time did not actively have a vendetta towards clean riders (not that I am aware off).
I know that there must be some involved in the shady drug thing and they are still involved in cycling. Including the bloke now in charge at Sky.

But Armstrong was the low point in professional cycling for me.

Perhaps he will go away if we don't talk about him?
It's the same the whole world over
It's the poor what gets the blame
It's the rich what gets the pleasure
Isn't it a blooming shame?
