Now we have something / quite-a-lot to discuss and celebrate.

Where are highlights available?

Having had a busy weekend I haven't even had time to work out which channel(s) are showing full stages/highlights.

If I google it then inevitably I'll get all the headlines about everyone being surprised by a postman beating everyone up holme moss to make a special delivery...
A shortcut has to be a challenge, otherwise it would just be the way. No situation is so dire that panic cannot make it worse.

Hi,
ITV4 also might be ITV4+1, due to the footy and tennis.
Live is ITV and ITV4.

Itvplayer has the highlights show for each night available to watch online. I think these hang around for about a month before they are removed.

Just don't go to the ITV Tour site - that gets spoilers, then a 3 minute highlight show.

Go to itvPlayer and get the 45 minute highlights without the spoilers.
