What is a good, mid-range camping stove nowadays?

I've heard of beer can stoves before, but never seen one.
Found this brilliant video on how to make one! I'm going to have a bash at doing one.

Not terribly convenient for a tour of the Pyrenees, for example.

In my experience, widely available in camping shops, which probably exist in the Pyrenees. I don't think the fact that the camping shops I used happened to be in major cities is particularly relevant.
