Thanks to everyone who looked at this post. The Thorn was returned to me by Lothian Search and Recovery Police last week. A few scratches and funny headset but all repairable. It was seen by a member of the public who then looked for it on Stolen Bike Uk website and informed the Police. Very pleased to get it back.

Stolen between 0000hrs and 0100 hrs outside the Windsor Bar on Leith Walk, Edinburgh.
Green with front low riders and blackburn rear pannier racks. No bar tape and lime green gear cable outers, I was just replacing lots of parts, new chain rings, new chain, cables..grrrrr
Any information would be very welcome. I'm gutted....
