LEJOG B&B Route for Garmin

Post by Dave Ross »

Hello,

I am attempting the CTC b&b route over 9 days - commencing next week !

In aid of Help for Heroes and The Children's Hospice. http://www.justgiving.co.uk/powney & http://www.justgiving.com/philsmillion

Can anyone supply me with the b&b route in a format suitable for a Garmin Edge 205 ? This would be of great assistance and save me looking at pages of laminated maps, strapped to my handlebars..... :?

Thanks in advance,

Dave.

Many thanks indeed ! :D

It should be much easier to navigate now - Aiming for a 9 day unsupported trek.

Flying 'down South' from Inverness this weekend, with the LEJOG starting on Tuesday morning.

Thanks Again,

Dave.

You probably know this, but if not.... You will have to be wary of the track point limit on an Edge 205 for such a long route. I believe the limit is 10000 points. You will also need to break the route down into sections of no more than 500 track points otherwise they'll be truncated (i.e. you can have up to 20 tracks each of 500 points each).
