Really appalled by the way I have been ignored by both Fixed Gear Frenzy and Cycles Direct with regard to an order I placed for 2 new tyres. Placed order on 08.10.14 and to date no sign of the tyres. Despite numerous emails I've heard nothing. 21 days has now passed. They were quick to take my money. Lesson learnt; buy local. BUYER BEWARE!
