Ah! the pleasantries of tech knowledge. Just spent 40 good minutes giving a reasoned and structured argument to some of the issues raised above. There was some humour in it too. I suspect that it is 91% of the 22 million/84% (so about 76% of total households) - a small (but generally diminishing) number of places use a fixed wireless system or even a satellite link in particularly remote locations.
