Help improve Norwegian Airlines

If you go to the Norwegian website they're currently inviting responses to a customer survey. I for one have shoe-horned in a comment about how they're the only airline flying out of Gatwick that thinks the airport requires bikes to go in a hard case.

Or in fact just fly SAS as they don't even insist on the bike being in a bag. They just suggest it would be nice if you covered the chain.

thanks, i will do that. this daft norwegian demand only applies to bikes leaving Gatwick, not coming in, and doesn't apply to any other airport in the world for norwegian, which i have found to be an excellent airline in all other respects.
