Bordeaux to Orange

Looking for some new ideas for a route this summer - we have 5 weeks to do a tour from Bordeaux to Orange.
We have done the Lot and the Tarn, canal du midi/gorge l'herault many times and are looking for some new ideas. Thought about heading towards Dijon then heade=ing south??
We tend to cycle up between 50 and 70 miles per day - sometimes taking days to explore nice areas. Thoughts and thanks in advance ?
