Cycle Touring in S Korea

I intend to go to S Korea for part of my next tour, end of Sept to mid Nov.

I was wondering what it is like for cycling? I will obviously be doing lots of research, but has anyone cycled there or maybe worked or visited as a tourist who can give me just a general 'feel' of what the country is like for cycling.

NB I am an experienced cycle tourist in Asia and know about crazyguy and google, but reference to any more obscure blogs, websites, etc would be welcomed.
