Handy Homemade containers
Re: Handy Homemade containers
2 part epoxy is not cheap stuff ad is not environmentally friendly. It is easier and cheaper to use pill bottles or other very cheap containers readily available. Sorry, but the idea of making such containers appears to be more or a 'because I can' rather than a 'because it makes sense' exercise.
Re: Handy Homemade containers
Best containers I've made are from the Aldi Performance tablet container, similar to the Nuun containers but longer. I grind the tubes down to size on the disc sander at work and put all sorts of creams and bits and pieces in them.

It's also very variable in it's quality. I purchased some "own-brand" stuff from a major DIY store and it was completely useless. Had to search out some Araldite and use that to glue together what the DIY shed own brand stuff could not. so on same materials Araldite worked well whilst DIY brand failed immediately.
