Which bike Galaxy Cross 2014 or Reynolds 525 double butted

Would like to buy a touring bike and like these.............. but wonder given the choice of these 2 bikes which one would people go for ???

I don't know anything about the Oxford but I do have a Galaxy Cross. I love it, very comfy but quite heavy. Due to illness I haven't ridden it far yet. Depends what type of touring you are planning, the Galaxy has disk brakes so if you are going anywhere at all remote, that maybe a consideration. Also, the the Galaxy is about half the price, list price £600 but I haggled my way down to £450 at my LBS
