BBC TV for eastern counties reported this evening (6.30pm 29 Sept) that a ferry company proposes to start a service Harwich-Esbjerg at Easter 2015. I did a quick search but couldn't find confirmation.
Let's hope that this does happen.

There isn't, I'm afraid. A note on the DFDS website says that they are no longer taking non-HGV passengers on Immingham-Esbjerg.

Although you may have difficulty getting on it - see this PDF (linked from the main Asbjerg-Immingham page)

The route is served by two freight vessels which each have limited passenger capacity of 12 persons.
You might be able to book your bike on but not travel with it!
