Mid-Wales to North-Wales 4 day tour

Hi looking for ideas/routes for a 3 night / 4 day tour mid to north wales. Criteria


Start in Welsh border area
50 miles per day
Quiet roads
Nice scenery
Steep hills OK
Would need to star finish at railway station.
