Stiff soled touring shoes

I ordered the Keens but I might have ordered the Giros just as well - they don't have the geography teacher look. I must say the Keens are enormous - I ordered a size down. They're well made and stiff enough for this leisure/tour rider. Thanks for advice one and all.
By the way the Keens hide my frog cleats entirely in the well. I don't click clack any more.

Isn't the geography teacher look cool yet? Surely only a matter of time with all the hipsters in London - i expect them to be pushing me aside with their leather armpads any month soon.

Ps - those shoss look nice honesty but am wary of buying shoes online despite Rose's obviously good service.
