Alphabetical Photographs

Post by Mick F »

Here's the deal:

Go to a town/village/hamlet and take a photograph of the sign with your bike leaning against it. The trick is, to get all this in order.

I'll start off with A, and the next person on here has to do B, then C etc.

No duplications, all posts have to be in order, and it has to be with your bike in the photograph too. Try and stay in this country!

No prizes, but we should all have fun with trying to predict who and where will come up next!

Anyone for Brighton, Brough, Birmingham, Bristol, or even Burscough?

Good luck.

I misread that the first time  My first thought was 'who's going to take the picture if I'm propping the bike up?'

How many of the "Z"s are near you Mick? There's Zeal Monachorum in Devon and Zelah, Zennor, and Zoar in Cornwall but the last one I can find is Zouch in Notts :)

Great Idea, I'm out next Wednesday so camera will be in pocket.

Just another thought what about that place in Wales just over the bridge into Anglesey Starts Llanfair and ends llantisiliogogogoch Which end of the sign shall we put the bike

I take it that a photo of A-Z all in one village would be cheating :?:
If not I'm off to Ashby de la Zouch

Whilst in Devon (God's county),don't forget "Cockington".

Anybody in Wiltshire? Salisbury Plain - "Crouches Down" it's true I tell you!

BTW, my old Granny used to say about Zeal Monachorum (she came from near there) it's pronounced as "Zeal Mon' Knackerum"!

I'm on the road tomorrow,I'll take my prezzie from Santa.
