Continuous Improvement

Post by John Holiday »

Have now been an Instructor for three years or so,but despite a number of requests have yet to find the opportunity for further training courses.
Has anyone else been able to get any updates on the training they are providing?

Hi There,

CTC provide profesional developemnt courses throughout the year. You can find further information form the website: www.ctc.org.uk/training. The problem we find is that there is not much demand for these courses in spite of it being recomended by the Department for Transport. If you need any further information email cycletraining@ctc.org.uk

The Eastern Region ITO provided me, and others, with continuous improvement training at its recent AGM/conference. We were able to choose from things like snaking/bike maintenance, level 1 games, etc. It was held in Stevenage, as next year's probably will be.
Riding a Dahon Jetstream P9 folder, an early 90s Vision R30 above seat steered recumbent, and the latest acquisition, a Haibike Sduro Trekking 4.0 electric bike.
