A new kind of saddle

A came across this picture on facebook, so thought I'd share it here. Would this reduce the nickability of a bike in London I wonder? It even has an integrated mudguard.

I must say, I think a bit of moss and ivy at the saddle would enhance the ride no end :mrgreen:

At the last count:- Peugeot 531 pro, Dawes Discovery Tandem, Dawes Kingpin X3, Raleigh 20 stowaway, 1965 Moulton deluxe, Falcon K2 MTB dropped bar tourer, Rudge Bi frame folder, Longstaff trike conversion on a Giant XTC 840 :D

I've still not twigged what I'm supposed be looking at.
MIAS L5.1 instructor - advanded road and off road skills, FAST aid and casualty care, defensive tactics, SAR skills, nav, group riding, maintenance, ride and group leader qual'd.
Cytec 2 - exponent of hammer applied brute force.

I don't think it'll be poplar. It couldl be a beech to ride though.
